You can access this view through "Settings" - "Edit Account" in order to view your Username which other people need to dial you.
Furthermore you can access out web client login panel and/or delete the user settings from the App.
There is a "Reset App" button in the main "Settings" view. That button is recommended to completely wipe the App data incl. all messages and buddies etc. - to prepare it for re-provisioning with another Username and/or before ceasing to use SecTel.io, if you decided to do so.
